A NFP pioneer and volunteer for 45+ years within Australia, the U.S. and Canada and a long time teacher, Anne serves to establish a ‘culture of heart’ based on the motto of ‘Living for the Sake of Others,’ which is a unique approach to peacebuilding reflecting the heart and soul of WFWP International.

As National Treasurer, Elgy brings 25+ years of accounting and finance experience as a CPA, using her expertise to guide WFWP Australia’s financial strategy and ensure responsible stewardship of resources. She is honoured to contribute to building sustainable, positive impact through strong governance and financial leadership.

Aila holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management and Marketing from Helsinki Business College, Finland. She has extensive NGO and volunteer experience, and is currently a manager in the aged-care sector, dedicated to care, service, and community wellbeing.
